If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Goodman Lauren Publishing within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Goodman Lauren Publishing will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ITEMS DESCRIBED ABOVE. Any orders listed above must be cancelled via email, letter or fax and before ship date to qualify for a full refund.
Custom-Designed Items.
(a) If any defects occur with any product created by GLP, a full refund will be made within 30 days of product shipment. If a replacement is requested, it will be recreated and shipped at our expense.
(b) Once proofs are approved by the customer and items are shipped, all costs associated with replacing the products will be assumed by the customer.
Name Tags/Buttons/Stickers/Lanyards. Memorial Posters/Reunion posters/Table centerpieces
(c) If a name on a customer’s submitted reunion attendance list does not exactly match the name in their yearbook, a nametag will not be made for that person. (d) If there are any errors by our button department mismatching names with pictures, we will do our best to get it to the person placing the order before the reunion or we will replace the item and ship it to the persons placing the orders or to the attendee at our expense after the reunion. (e) If extra buttons are requested after order has been shipped, or if errors were made by the customer, replacement items will be prepared and shipped at the customerâs expense and preferred shipping method.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOMED DESIGNED ITEMS. If proofs are made for name tags, buttons, stickers, landyards, posters, centerpieces or any custom-designed items, and the order is cancelled before production begins, a design charge will be assessed. Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email, letter or fax.
