Ordering and Planning These Buttons and Name Tag Stickers are
Fun, Easy and Rewarding.

Please follow these easy instructions and Voila!
You will have the best looking buttons on the Planet!

(1) Send in the yearbook at the latest one month before your reunion to: Reunion Buttons, 239 East 1100 South, Orem, UT 84058-6934. (We suggest UPS Ground so that it can be tracked) Or, send high-quality scanned pictures with alumni names plainly marked, to the same address. Please alert Connie at the email address just below that your yearbook is on its way.

(2) Email to Connie at connieb@reunionplanner.com, all the vital statistics: Shipping address, telephone number, school name, year of graduation, school or class colors, model no. of style button/sticker and, if desired, the guest model taken from our website, www.reunionplanner.com. Most Important: Reunion Date.

(3) Our button dept. will scan the yearbook, ship it back with the buttons or stickers, and await the attendees list. If you wish to receive the yearbook earlier then the buttons there will be a $14 charge for shipment.

(4) You must email to Connie the bulk of the attendee list 15 days before your reunion. Up to ten stragglers will be accommodated if sent in 8 days before your reunion. The attendee list should be emailed in Excel with the names in this order: First, Maiden, Married with the full name of the guest placed opposite the alumni bringing the guest.

Buttons/stickers can be shipped on one of these five choices.
1.  Tuesdays, UPS 2-day for arrival on Thursday before the reunion weekend.
2.  Tuesdays, 3-day arrival for Friday.
3.  Wednesday, 2-day for arrival on Friday
4.  Wednesday, 1-day for arrival for Thursday
5.  Thursday, 1-day arrival for Friday

You may use a logo instead of a picture for the spouses of the alumni. That would be emailed to Connie also. You may order buttons/stickers with no name, just a logo, school name and year for walk-ins. The Sharpie Fine Point pen writes well on buttons for those walk-ins. Hint: Many planners order enough blank buttons/stickers to make the price break.

(5) For all artwork:

1. Please send or email the camera ready artwork in Adobe Illustrator 9 (preferred), JPEG or TIF format to info@reunionplanner.com.
2. Please make sure to scan any images at 150 dpi, minimum.
3. If using a Mac, please save with a PC Image header, if possible.
4. If sending anything, please use CD or Zip Disc media.

Prices are as follows:

• 1 - 25:          $2.50
• 26 - 50:        $2.00
• 51 - 100:      $1.80
• 101 - 250:    $1.50
• 251 - 500:    $1.40
• 501 plus:      $1.30

We charge you the exact amount UPS charges us for the particular shipment plus $4.00 handling. Therefore, we wait until the buttons are on their way to charge your credit card which you will have provided us 2 weeks before your reunion. We only use 3" buttons as we find that anything smaller is too difficult to read especially as we get to the 35, 40, and 50 year reunions!
